Basic Certified Service Technician Training is a two-day program for new technicians or those looking for a refresher covering the basics of servicing gas-detection instruments, including the MultiRAE plus, MiniRAE 2000, ppbRAE Plus, QRAE, QRAE plus and VRAE.

Advanced Certified Service Technician Training is a one-day course that trains the experienced technician on the latest products from RAE Systems, including the MiniRAE 3000, ppbRAE 3000, UltraRAE 3000, MiniRAE Lite, QRAE II, AutoRAE and AutoRAE Lite. It’s an extension course for the Basic Certified Service Technician Training. It’s an extension of the Basic Certified service Technician Training.
Advanced Certified AreaRAE Wireless Service School is for first responders in areas such as fire, hazmat, emergency response and security. It’s for end-users to enhance their knowledge in service and maintenance for a “certificate of completion” and for service technicians seeking a "Service Technician" certificate, which is valid for two years following successful completion of an exam.
MeshGuard User and Maintenance Training is a one-day program for industrial hygienists, end-users, and service technicians on using and maintaining the wireless MeshGuard system and deploying a network of gas monitors. A “User and Service Technician” certificate, valid for two years, is awarded following the successful completion of an exam.
